These terms apply to the international network access and subscription services provided by 9KVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these rules. Please read them in full before using the service; if you disagree with any part, stop using the service.
Service Scope
9KVPN provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, international websites, and network acceleration across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The routes, client entry points, and plan benefits available to you are those shown in the user panel and on the plans page.
Connection performance may be affected by your local network, the status of the destination service, route congestion, device conditions, and changes to public networks. 9KVPN may reasonably update nodes, access methods, and client support as needed for operations, maintenance, security, or route adjustments. Such changes do not alter explicitly stated benefits of an active subscription.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription actions and activity on your account. Account credentials must not be publicly posted or shared with unrelated third parties, and subscriptions, route access, or account benefits must not be resold, rented, or used for other forms of commercial distribution.
The service allows unlimited devices to be online at the same time, but this benefit is for the account holder and devices under their reasonable control; it does not permit public account sharing. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Specific prices and available plans are listed on the plans page.
Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and those applicable to the services you access, and independently confirm the rules governing access to and use of a destination service. You must not use 9KVPN for unlawful activity, infringement of others' legitimate rights, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, disruption of network operations, or conduct that could materially affect routes, devices, or other users.
If abnormal traffic or usage affects service stability, 9KVPN may take necessary technical measures, including limiting relevant connections, asking you to stop improper conduct, or suspending account access after verification. These measures are taken only to maintain route operations, protect user interests, and meet compliance requirements.
Availability and Liability
9KVPN performs routine route maintenance and fault handling, but does not promise continuous access to any particular region, destination website, or third-party service. Interruptions, speed changes, or feature differences caused by public network fluctuations, carrier adjustments, device settings, destination service changes, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control are not a guarantee of any fixed result.
You are responsible for backing up important data and maintaining device security. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from user configuration errors, mishandled credentials, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond 9KVPN's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account Termination and Refunds
If there is unlawful use, subscription resale, public account sharing, disruption of service operations, infringement of others' rights, or refusal to stop clearly improper conduct, 9KVPN may suspend or terminate the relevant account's service access. Before or after taking action, the service may explain the relevant circumstances to the account holder through the user panel; where required by law or regulation, it will act accordingly.
A full refund without cause may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the support entry in the user panel so the account and order can be verified. Before submitting, you should confirm that the selected order information is accurate. Processing status is determined by the records in the user panel.
Changes and Effective Date
9KVPN may revise these terms due to service changes, changes in laws or regulations, or updates to operating rules. Revised content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Changes that materially affect user benefits may also be announced through the user panel.
Revised terms apply from the effective time stated in the publication. Continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the revised content; if you disagree, stop using the service and handle any outstanding matters under these terms. Each part of these terms is independent. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions remain effective.
