Create an account and open the user panel
First, open the 9KVPN account creation page. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. Use a username for signing in to the user panel later, and choose a password that is not reused on other websites. Check both entries twice before submitting, then finish creating the account.
After the account is created, the page will open the user panel. If your browser does not redirect automatically, use the “Log in” link at the top of the site to reopen the panel, then sign in with the username and password you just set. Seeing sections such as Overview, Plans, and Client Downloads means the account is ready to use. You do not need to copy any links yet; choose your billing option first.
Store your login details in a trusted password manager. Because account creation does not require an email address, your username and password are the primary credentials for accessing the account. If you cannot log in, do not repeatedly change client settings: client connections and panel login are separate steps. First confirm that the username, password, and site address are correct.
Choose a plan and complete the order
After signing in, open the Plans page in the user panel. Start by considering how you use the service: choose a monthly subscription for regular use with relatively stable monthly usage; compare the permanent, non-expiring data packages if your usage varies and you want to keep the data for later. Do not judge by price alone—first check whether the data allowance matches your actual needs.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. All plans support unlimited devices, making it easy to switch between personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
After choosing a plan, review the plan name, data allowance, and total on the order page, then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel. Do not rely solely on the payment page to determine whether the service is active; check the order and service status in the panel. If the status has not updated, refresh the panel first. For questions about order status, payment results, or refund rules, see the billing information in Frequently Asked Questions.
9KVPN offers 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds. The priority is to test a real connection in your own network environment rather than guess how every route will perform before ordering. Your experience can vary by region, carrier, and target website; the connection verification steps below explain how to run a basic check.
Get your subscription in the user panel
Once the plan is active, open the account overview in the user panel. In the subscription or service information section, confirm that the current plan is available, then find the option to copy the subscription. The subscription link lets the client read the route configuration available to your account. It is not a regular webpage address and should not be opened in a search engine.
After copying the link, do not edit its contents. A real subscription is generated by the user panel for your account; this page does not display or provide a static subscription address. When a format example is needed, use an obvious placeholder such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This example cannot connect to any service and must not be replaced with someone else’s link.
If the panel offers both copy and one-click import, prefer the option that matches your platform and the 9KVPN client. One-click import can reduce errors from manual pasting; use the manual method if the client does not respond automatically. In either case, complete the import inside the client. Do not save subscription content in public documents, group chats, or shared screenshots.
After copying the subscription, keep the user panel accessible and go to the download area to get the 9KVPN client for your platform. The client and subscription serve different purposes: the client establishes the connection, while the subscription provides the routes available to your account. Installing only the client usually leaves no routes to choose from; copying only the subscription is not enough to connect without a suitable client.
Import the subscription on each platform
Open the client download area in the user panel and choose the 9KVPN client for your operating system. All client downloads are provided through the user panel; this page does not host direct installer links. After installation, return to the client, find the subscription, configuration, or import option, and use the account subscription copied in the previous step. The common locations for each platform are outlined below, though labels may vary slightly by system interface.
Windows client
In the user panel, choose the 9KVPN client for Windows and complete the installation by following the system prompts. When you open it for the first time, you will usually see a configuration or subscription management section. Choose “Add subscription,” “Import from link,” or a similar option, paste the copied subscription link into the address field, give the configuration a recognizable name, then save and update it.
When the update finishes, return to the route list and confirm that region names and route types are shown. Choose the region you need and turn on the connection switch. If the system asks for permission to create a network connection, confirm that the open app is the 9KVPN client obtained from the user panel, then follow the system prompts. Once the client shows that you are connected, keep it open and complete the access check below.
macOS client
Open the download area from the user panel and get the 9KVPN client for macOS. When you launch it for the first time after installation, macOS may ask you to approve network configuration permissions. Follow the system prompts, open subscription or configuration management from the client menu, choose to add by link, paste the subscription copied from the account overview, and run an update.
If the client icon is in the menu bar, choose a route from the menu bar. If it uses a regular window, select the target region on the Routes or Nodes page. Once the route list appears, choose a route in the same region as the target service and connect. Approve macOS permissions step by step as prompted; there is no need to manually change other network settings.
Android client
In the user panel, choose the 9KVPN client for Android, install it, and open the app. Go to subscription management, configuration management, or Add configuration, then choose Import from link. Long-press the input field to paste the subscription address, save it, and tap Update so the client can load the routes currently available to your account.
Return to the main screen, choose the target region, and use the connection switch to connect. The first time the system establishes a network connection, an authorization dialog will appear; verify the app name and allow it. Keep the client permitted to run in the background during the connection. If the system restricts background activity, switching apps may interrupt the connection; check the client’s running permissions in the system app settings.
iOS client
Open the iOS client entry from the user panel and follow the panel instructions to the relevant app acquisition page. After installation, return to the user panel to copy the subscription, or use the one-click import option provided there. In the client, find the option to add a subscription, configuration, or URL, paste the link, and update the routes.
Choose the target region and connect. The first iOS connection will display a system-level network configuration confirmation; follow the prompts, after which the status bar and client will show the connection status. If one-click import does not open the client automatically, use the manual copy method instead. Do not open the subscription link directly in the browser address bar or share it with another account.
Connect and verify that it works
After updating the subscription, choose a route in the region where the target service is available. For example, prioritize a Japan route for services in Japan and a US route for content in the United States. IEPL dedicated routes, transit routes, and direct routes represent different link types. You do not need to study every parameter at first; choose a route in the correct region that connects normally.
Turn on the connection switch and wait for the client status to change to “Connected.” Then open a new browser tab and visit the target website that normally requires an international route. Check whether it opens, lets you sign in, and loads its main content. A changed client button color alone is not a complete verification; the actual access result is the clearest indication that the connection is working.
If the page still shows content from before the connection, fully refresh it or close the old tab and open the page again. The browser may retain the previous connection, cache, or region information, so an old page may not reflect the route change immediately. You can also disconnect, switch to another route in the same region, reconnect, and repeat the access check.
After verification, use the service as needed. When switching between target services, there is no need to reinstall the client; simply choose another route in the existing client. The panel maintains the subscription. If new routes are not appearing later, update them in subscription management instead of deleting the account or ordering another plan.
Troubleshooting sequence for connection issues
If no routes appear in the client, return to the user panel and confirm the plan status, then check that the subscription has been saved and updated. If the update fails, copy the link from the panel again to avoid missing characters at the beginning or end during pasting. Do not rewrite subscription parameters or use the example address from this guide.
If routes appear but cannot connect, disconnect the current route and choose another route in the same target region. Then confirm that your local network can open ordinary websites normally, and temporarily close other similar clients that may also be taking over system networking. Keep only one connection tool active at a time to make it easier to identify whether the issue comes from the local network, client configuration, or current route.
If you are connected but a specific website still will not load, switch to a route in the website’s target region and reopen the browser page. Streaming, AI Tools, and ordinary webpages have different requirements for region and connection stability, so one route does not need to suit every use case. Keep the client and update the subscription when needed
For everyday use, choose a region and connect. When the route list needs refreshing, run an update in the client’s subscription management section.
